Niles West quarterback Mike McGivern. He completed 16 of 20 passes for 157 yards and three touchdowns. Twelve of those 16 completions went to his favorite target, receiver Andrew Milhulet, who tallied 91 yards in those 12 catches, including an 18-yard touchdown pass.
The Wolves scored on their first seven possessions of the game. “Our main focus has to be able to both run and pass the ball. I have so many good receivers out there,” McGivern said.

The Niles West defense recovered three fumbles and amassed 391 yards of total offense as the team improved to 3-0. The Wolves showed plenty of diversity rushing for 204 yards and passing for 187 in the win. Jake Glotzer and Anthony Underwood each had two scores, Jeremiah Jordan had one and Tommy Galanopoulos had the last Niles West score.
