Niles West quarterback Mike McGivern. He completed 16 of 20 passes for 157 yards and three touchdowns. Twelve of those 16 completions went to his favorite target, receiver Andrew Milhulet, who tallied 91 yards in those 12 catches, including an 18-yard touchdown pass.

The Niles West defense recovered three fumbles and amassed 391 yards of total offense as the team improved to 3-0. The Wolves showed plenty of diversity rushing for 204 yards and passing for 187 in the win.
