Outlook: Grayslake Central wins the league in even-numbered years (2008/2010/2012), so either 2011 champ Crystal Lake Central or upstart Grayslake North figure to land on the top perch this season. North senior A.J. Fish is a three-sport star (football and lacrosse) and will play lacrosse at Virginia.
