Skip Adamson, who has coached the Lincoln-Way co-op boys gymnastics team to either a first or second-place finish in seven of the previous eight state meets, will not be coaching the team in 2013.
Coal City had early first-half foul trouble, but recovered to defeat Lincoln-Way West 57-38 in a Class 3A Coal City Regional semifinal. Emily Halliday led the hosts with 21 points.
