Crete-Monee’s Nyles Morgan has fielded a number of recruiting visits from some of the top college programs in the country, while Glenbard North’s Justin Jackson and St. Rita’s Tommy Mister added scholarship offers in this week’s recruiting roundup.

  • In a 3-2 vote by the district school board, Gene Cahan was dismissed as Crete-Monee athletic director Tuesday. According to a source, Cahan posted newspaper photos outside his office of Laquon Treadwell that the star athete did not approve of.
