Neuqua Valley sophomore Maya Neal claimed a pair of medals and a quartet of Naperville Central athletes won two medals by placing in both sprint relays Saturday.
Meaghan O’Hara was determined to make the most out of her chance for Benet. O’Hara got free following a pass from Lindsy Kendrick and placed an attempt just inside the post to give Benet a 2-1 victory over Downers South in the Class 3A Downers Grove South Regional final. .
Naperville Central's mindset is all about getting ready to play on Saturday mornings for the playoffs. Playing on the final Saturday of the regular season, the No. 10 Redhawks defeated York 8-0 in Elmhurst.

Naperville Central sprint members D’Jenne Egharevba, Rachel Skinner, Lauren Erickson and Mary Beth Blank set school records in both the 400 and 800 relays at the 3A state track prelims Friday.
